Janakpurdham: In honor of the upcoming Sri Ram Mandir Installation Ceremony in Ayodhya, India, Nepal is dispatching special souvenirs through a Janakpurdham-Ayodhyadham journey.

The souvenirs, including various jewelry, utensils, clothes, and sweets, are scheduled to be handed over to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Ram Mandir Trust in Ayodhya on January 20, as part of the installation ceremony taking place on January 22.

The journey from Janakpurdham will traverse through Jaleshwar Nath, Malangwa, Simraungadh, Gadhimai, Birgunj to Betiya, Kushinagar, Siddharthnagar Gorakhpur, ultimately reaching Ayodhya in India.

The initiative follows the earlier shipment of Shaligram stones collected from the Kaligandaki river bank in Nepal to Ayodhya, destined for the construction of the Lord Ram statue in the temple. Two massive stones, weighing 23 tons and 15 tons, were sent from Nepal to Ayodhya, accompanied by a special procession.
